I am swapping a B16A1 into my 87 SI. I have most of the parts but im still waiting on / finding.... I still need the
85 CRX HF guage cluster to add vss.
clutch cable....and im still confused on which one i need to get to lengthen or shorten
stage 1 clutch kit....but from my understanding there is a 1mm difference between the two sizes..im not sure which one i need.
Wallbro 255 fuel pump
Dual core radiator
rear engine mount from a 2000 Civic SI
crank case breather kit with the catch can
fuel pressure regulator
and if anyone can give me a completed list of what i need that would be very helpful. thanks

:::Parts:::
Hasport Mounts AFB1,Innovative Mounts or homemade mounts
Hasport axles AFBAX, or Raxles
B-Series Engine
Cable Transmission (s1, j1, y1, ys1),
Hasport now offers a hydraulic transmission mount
B-Series engine harness
ECU
B-series resistior box
86-89 Acura Integra knuckles and hubs (try ebay or local junkyard)
90 Integra throttle cable (dealer buy)
90-93 Integra sk7 intermediate shaft (halfshaft)
99-00 Civic SI rear bracket
88-91 CRX or 86-89 Integra clutch cable
90-91 Integra lower radiator Hose
92 Integra upper radiator hose
An array of cotter pins
An array of different color 14-18 gauge wire
Chip the ecu and you wont need vss (easier work around than trying to find specific parts and wire them in imo)
Clutch depends on what transmission you have, there are 2 different cable b-series clutches (s1,a1,j1,y1 from 90-91 integra) (ys1 from 92-93 integra) I'm pretty sure that that's how it goes and is due to input shaft diameter.
There was never a dual core rad made that directly fits this car, except i think midevil pro? you can use the stock si rad with any b-series swap, or if you want to boost you can use the hf half-width rad. The upper radiator hose from the 92 integra, well, i dont think that it worked for me, and you might want to ask around to see if you find a better fit, I ended up using a flexible universal hose that is the right size diameter on both the b16 side and the radiator side

could you modify the stock si harness to run the new obdo from the b16a? and i thought hasport had axles that would fit the b series into the stock si knuckles and hubs?? let me know if im wrong bc i am aswell doing this swap and have everything but fuel pump and header... haha

no, you need the 1gen teg knuckles unless they just came out with something new. and yes you can modify the stock si harness to run the b16a. you'll need a pw0 or pr3 ecu, and like i said eaarlier, if you have it chipped you wont need the vss sender from the hf

ok i will check the fitment of the axles here in a week or so. they came out of a 87 si 1 g on lsvtec motor from hasport. Guy claimed he was running stock crx hubs. and yea i have a pr3 ecu. what all will have to be modifed on the harness? i know when i modified my ef harness to run b16 i had to run vtec, dizzy, and o2 sensor.

the clutch cable is when you put your foot down on the clutch, it either goes through a hydraulic system or through a cable in order to take it out of gear... your shift linkage is attached to the stick and allows you to know what and change what gear youre in...
