BTW, after to thinking about pushing the intake/carb assembly back away from the head, it's possible you could have unknowingly snapped any one of the plastic vacuum towers on the back lower side of the intake manifold or crushed the steel hose rail assembly.  After thirty years they're easy to break.  If you ever have to take the head off again on one these Honda's, keep the intake/carb assembly attached (per FSM).  It's an easy 15 minute operation vs the difficulty of accessing the intake manifold nuts on the underside and all the other headaches along the way.

Ok guys It's been a while since this post, I became a dad 😁 been busy. I have an update. I rechecked the timing belt and it was way off the timming marks, I bought new spark plugs with cables, new rotor(distributor). Car is now better it stays on, the problem now is that it hesitates alot when press the gas pedal.

I adjusted the ignition timing based on the online manual. I unplugged the vacumm hoses from dist. and plug them, I start the car, wait till it warmed up and used my timing light, I used the middle notch (red mark on pulley) 15 degress BTDC? of those 3 that were there and was aligned with the mark on the plastic cover. I also adjusted the fast idle screw on neutral. What should I do next? Possible clogged fuel filter? It was like a month old when my timing belt broke so it should be fine, I didn't move anything from the carb, I just touched the fast idle screw thats it 😑

I appreciate all of your help and patience but tell me if I did it good or not. I think it just needs to be tuned again? It is a rebuild head btw

I will look behind the intake manifold to see anything lose or something :o

UPDATE, car idles now (timing belt marks were improperly wrong) but now I think it needs a timing adjusment with a light, currently mine broke so I'm gonna take it to a shop. Btw I spray the whole manifold with carb cleaner and no vac leaks detected. Also I found that the choke plate doesn't close all the way down when its completely cold, Does anyone know where to adjust it?
