just an update, I've tried a lot of things, and I double checked to make sure I didnt have a blown head gasket, and nothings turned up. Right now Im starting to think my fan isnt working properly, since the fact that its ALWAYS on whether if I just turned the car on, or if its been on for a long time, I can feel it blowing air, but maybe its not blowing good enough?

Honestly bro' I have owned MANY CRX's and that temperature is completely normal.. rule of thumb for me, normal temp the top of the needle will line up with the 1250RPM mark. You are chasing a unicorn that will soon drive you insane and make you spend $$$ for nothing.
If you are still worrying buy a REAL temp gauge if you want to be accurate.. IMO again , that is completely normal for a stock CRX.

Your fan is drawing air into the engine compartment and not pushing the air out the front, right? because that would make it run hot if driving.
