The FAQ is your friend.
Main difference is 88+ has electronic advance.
Yes it can be done.
Yes it is much harder than the 86-87

Yes its in the faq, but since im such a giving member ill hook you up with the basics.
The differences are the fact that the integra was changed between 87-88 to electronic advanced distrubutor. Since your crx is vacume advanced, you have to rewire your harness to accept the wires that work the electronic advance to use the 88-89 integra ecu. Its much easier in my eyes to actually swap the entire harness, instead of cutting into the harness and repinning/adding wires. You will be required to rewire the gauges but its only a matter of matching colors as is the rear harness connector. Its worth it in my opinion because you gain a little hp to start, and you have the choice of running a chipped ecu that will allow turbo or anything like that in the future.
If you run a browntop since the electronics are so close to the si's i would keep the si harness and repin the few wires needed for the change.
