So what's the reliability like for these Hondamatic transmissions? Can they be rebuilt or would a manual swap be easier?
Re. the ignition, the key isn't broken (unless it is inside the ignition?) but the thing can't be turned to the off position. I'm guessing that the guy can still lock and unlock the car so he must be removing the key.
rpr ... you posted a reply on the grmotorsports bboard to something I had asked about. You mentioned someone that rebuilds Honda engines, how much for a performance rebuild (pistons, cam, headwork, etc)?
