If a Hatch is Bread van, then what is a Wagon? A bread bus?

Is that what it is?! Lol my 87 Si looks identical to that one. Even with the tow package. I was just gonna cut it off

I really am jealous of you bro! I say this because just the other day I posted on someone elses topic about their DD being sooooo cool because they are enjoying them. It's been such a long hard and expensive road to try to get my CRX to "where I want it to be" that I have all but forgotten what it means to just jump into her and go for a drive! Keep sporting the Old School honda love my friend! laugh.gif Keppin' them alive, that's what it's all about.

BTW... I too am digging the tow package. wink.gif Did yours have the optional Mugen turbo diesel with a "jake brake"?? tongue.gif

Congrats! I missed taking a pic of my old 87 dx. Made it to 237k, took several hits until it finally told me it wanted to retire.

This one's my first rex. Bought back in 93 w/ 73K. Was my main driver until my daughter was born in 2001. Been driven very little since, but this one's where my love for CRX's began and the one I have all the memories in. For being in Michigan and NYC area for 6yrs in salt, its holding up well.

Nothing added to this one, just kept original and DD'd. I never coined myself old school, but since all of my cars are original, I guess I am an oldschooler. That's what I loved about HOnda engineering, the reliability is awesome, can just hope in her and drive. But don't wait 4yrs..... ha ha....

The towing hitch I got from Uhaul back in 96 for like $50. It was a cheap one that attaches to the bumper and a couple bolts to the spare tire well. Hauled about 2000 pounds worth of rock about 10x per year for a couple of years. Max load was 2400 plus the 350# trailer. This is the one that hadn't been ran for about 4 years and started up on 4yr old gas after 20 min of starting her. My reliable old dog.

I love how honda intended for these cars to last for like 5 years and here we are 20+ years and 200,000+ miles later still driving them around like nothing.

Hey, I'll stamp "Mugen" on the hitch and put it on ebay and see what I can get,..... Ha ha...

I've always called this one my beater ever since I bought my second one in 96. The second one was intended to be the replacement for this one. BUt this one never died (like I expected after owning a 1980 plymouth TC3). So I put a hitch on it and hauled my little row boat, rocks, trees and my house belongings when I moved around. Damn think kept going.

Tied ropes to the front end and pulled trees down w/ it.
