I have been doing frame work for a while now (28 years) and the average for shops are usually 2 hours for setup time and measuring on the frame machine, 1 hour for each pull required and add repair time if there are kinks in the frame rails. Hourly shop rates vary a lot depending on location and facilities.(Here in B.C., labor rates vary from 53.00 - 66.00 per hour.)
