Did you keep the civic hubs and have custom shafts made?

We used integra da3 hubs and had custom shafts made by circuit worx. The car was tuned adjusting timing and fuel (no cam advance on current map as yet) for an hour and a half and it spat out 181 whp on a low reading dyno dynamics dyno. Lots left in it. Hitting the road with the car bad luck struck twice. First thirty seconds on the road we blew a CV. When replacing it we realised the mounts had sagged and the CV boots on both sides were rubbing on the control arms. And the rear mount let the engine move too much. We decided to try our luck as it was only just rubbing. Luck was not on our side. Just leaving to go to the track the rear engine mount snapped in turn letting the engine rock back and forth, resulting in the right hand shaft popping out of the gear box. The car is now back at the engineers workshop getting the engine raised and modifying mounts to suit at no cost. Could take a couple of weeks.
The positives. This is now the fastest car I've ever been in. The K20 in a 1560 pound car is fast. Can't wait to drive it again fully tuned.

Hey guys haven't been on for a while.

We made it out to the track a week and a half ago. On its first and only pass I ran a 12.96 @ 110 MPH on a 2.020 60ft with the car spinning all through first and half of second with slow shits. Then on it's second pass after lowering the launch control from 5500 rpm to 5000rpm we broke both outer CV's at the hubs. We've since gone out to the track after replacing the CV's and broke another left hand outer CV on the first run of the night (making it 4 cv's that have died trying on the car). We have now put in brand new OEM items instead of the cheap crap standard replacements from the local driveline shop.
