I have to add my vote for after, especially since you admit that you are anal.
You are less likely to scratch it if you install it after, and it is ALWAYS good to have as much room as possible when installing an engine.

yeah thats mine its just the skeleton ,since i havent had time to wrap it ,it will be one of the boxes that will be in the trailor

Okay, it's going on after the engine is in.
Bought black hi-temp paint to cover that Cast Iron color - looks much better - pictures will follow soon.
Any last comments/thoughts on me getting a full size rad instead of a 1/2 rad? Should I be concerned about clearance and overheating?

giver they both fit half and full you wont have over heating issues i had both in my car as with many others ,but hwy go to a bigger one ??? is yours shot ???

is the 0² sensor mandatory when installing an Hedman ?
I have no use of the 0² bung so what should I do ? fill it with anything that can stand high temp or just place a dummy sensor in the hole and thats it?
