And as another option for aftermarket camshafts, you could go with the Crespo Racing Cams.

These are new cam shafts, made from blanks. They are NOT regrinds.

A quick question.. Isn't the D16A8/9 (European Designation) the same as the 2G ZC for the EF chassis Civic and CRX (give or take catalytics)?? huh.gif

I just wanna vouch for DH-Racing. I had them build the head for my built turbo'd ZC. Even though it was pricey ($950) it's worth every penny. It was machined to accept LS valvetrain (dual springs, titanium retainers, and stainless valves) ported and polished. It's so friggin beautiful looking.

But back to the whole ZC thing. It cracks me up when people say they can't find anything for a ZC. When i built my engine not ONE thing on it was "made" for a ZC. All exhaust manifolds from 88-00 in a D-series are the same bolt pattern. So you have a ton of options for headers and turbo manifolds. Race Engineering and Endyn make pistons for a "ZC". But if your not aware the ZC's pistons are 75mm, like almost every other damn D-series engine. My turbo pistons are for an A6 and so are my rods. Cams are a piece of cake, so many people regrind plus those Crespo ones on ebay look very promising. The only thing your screwed on so far is an intake manifold. The ZC / D16A1 intakes bolt pattern is unique to those engines. I just ported my stock one, and i'm about to fab up some kind of device so i can polish the whole intake runner.

So just because it doesn't say "ZC" on it doesn't mean it won't work. Do some homework.
If it has an engine....i will tear it apart.

Hmm, my Zc came with the 2 stage throttle body and Si stlye intake manifold. Anyone know if the larger single butterfly throttle body and intake manifold of the Integra is better for flow and power? My ZC put out only 106hp to the wheels at the dyno.  I am wondering about the intake and maybe some more aggresive cams.

Hey, I've been waitng over a year for a response to my ?. Never mind ya good for nothins, I have it now aye. tongue.gif
