yes that is Joyce Lex. Not only is she hawt! but very friendly, down to earth, and cool.



yes that is an s2k motor, yes it's turbod, and yes that is an old corolla (year i don't know)

Okay, not to be picky, but I'm gonna have to make some deductions here. Minus some points for USDM taillights and corners, being you're closer to Japan than we are, and it doesn't match the model kit. I'm also deducting for not using Mugen wheels on a Mugen car. Minus points for placing 3rd, I would have made your car 1st. Impalas are at every car show. I am adding a point for the hot chick in front of your car. Okay, lets tally it up here...........................................................................
































Out of a possible 10, I give it only a 15. That has to be the nicest CR-X I have EVER seen. Nice Job! I'll expect more next time though so don't let me down. Congrats. On the car and the kid by the way.

wil yours is very nice! one of the judges, Ken Miyoshi himself, told me his brother had one (86-87 with flush headlights) back in late 80s early 90s that was 1st honda to get into 13's (large nitrous shot). He is cool and honest. These guys judge with no bias. he got down and slid under my rear bumper to look at my fuel cell setup, my exhaust system and my rear suspension. the front was too low

He said there's a blue one similar to mine (body wise that is) that comes out to the shows in the mainland (LA?) a few times.

great experience for me. I think if i had a crazy sound system and tv's then i would have beat those impalas, but then again, that's not me. I'm for performance more and cleanliness and a little uniqueness.

i have one complete kit (mugen mooncraft emblem in the resin inside each part) minus the wing. the wing was falling apart.

the car came with a jackson racing copy of the original mugen kit. I fixed it up. so i have this car and a kit in storage for my son

real or copy don't matter, as long as it fits good and made well. it's not like they can see the mugen emblem inside the parts, you know?

i've had the car for over 5 years i think. i'll post my modifications list soon.

OK, nobody has asked this yet. How is the header panel done. Obviously a custom piece. Can you provide a top down view to see how it is mounted. I see there is a header extension that butts up to the blinker light. Was this Mugen as well or your own design? Thanks JS

wow your car is awesome. ive seen it before but never saw the engine. i have to say, i like the mugen kit with the recessed headlights alot more than with the flush. but both are awesome cars, better than my shell ;( too many projects too little time
