Three things:

1) Would the turbo car pass?
2) Since you did a swap, is it being done as a swapped car?
3) If the car is safetied you can get as many temporary permits as you want...

the turbo is out of comission, because i am using the distributer, i don't think any one would put it onto the dyno... it's burning a bit of oil that drips from the oil pan. i don't think it will pass it runs rich at idle because of the fmu. also has no exhaust. i thought the ten day permit only alows you to get one every year....

That's from the short period of time around September when the car actually ran well . Now, it's taking up space on the driveway again while I internally debate a rebuilt D16A1, a B16, Hydra, or just selling the damn thing.

soon to come out by summer for D16a turbo swap........I know i got to get some pics of the motor and rims.....also of the 2nd 1st now in my hands with a 89 teg swap....well i will try to tonight to get it all on for you all to see

If the car has passed safety, you can get temporary permits till the cows come home. Of course, it's $60 a month if you go that route, but at least you can drive the car...
