Ebay for the bra.WHERE THE FARK DID YOU GET THE BRA, BRAH?
God damn this is looking awesome everytime you post. FUUUUUUUUU-
Thanks man, appreciate the kind words.
Small update:
Replaced the front door speakers because the rattling was driving me insane. Unfortunately, I think the radio's ability to pick up stations is also a contributing factor. I will probably replace it- with an updated OEM stereo of some sort- probably out of an EF or Older Accord. Which ever comes my way first. I wanted to keep the OEM deck but its just so shitty.
original 28 year old speakers
A friend picked these up for me. I'm in the process of re-finishing them to better suit the wagon. Will post updates once installed.
O also got these, fresh from Cheddasauto. Extended tophats.

I broke my foot, but still have wagon work to do. Look how many home depot employees I found...
I got some black outdoor carpet for my rear speaker pods, but when I test fitted it/looked at it in the rear I thought it looked weird to have black in an all tan and brown interior.
Back to home depot... I picked up some sticky wood(look) linoleum squares.
I would prefer real wood, but this will do for now... maybe when I make the cargo cover- I will re-do the tops of the speaker pods with real wood? ANyways, ready for install

The entire tool selection at Sears or the contents of a Snap-On truck will do you no good if you do not know how to use them.

I used the same speakers on the Civic and the Prelude as well
The (fake) wood looks great so far.

I will try, and I don't know? I will get back to you on that. Can you get me some pre install measurements of the springs? Also, will you have to use perches?
Thanks dude. Sounds much better than the old speakers.I used the same speakers on the Civic and the Prelude as well
The (fake) wood looks great so far.
Meanwhile, I just got the wagon back today, with a new fuel pump. No more gas smell!! I can turn the heater on again without inhaling gas fumes!!!

Springs from left to right...
Left= civic wagon spring with one coil cut off. Middle= 86 Civic hatchback SI spring. Right= New B&G spring.
Before springs (this is wagon with 86 SI spring)
After (B&G spring) MOST excellent!
So thats cool! The rear is sitting just right! We killed the gap!
Next stop, the front. I had some Chedda Auto extended tophats I purchased a while ago and now I was ready/motivated enough to install...
here is a look at them.
finished.
Well shit. That wont due.
Front has 3 finger gap- rear has 1 finger gap... I'm sitting like an old mopar with a reverse rake situation going on...

Regardless of the magic. I decide I know enough to attempt to re-index them. So I psych myself up.. and I am ready to fuck shit up...
I follow the "ultimate guide to torsion bar removal" perfectly.
I tear my car apart- I scatter tools all over the garage
I get frustrated.. so I eat a burrito
This bitch wont budge. I giggle the lower control arm; I try all the tricks; I jack it up, I jack it down, I jack off... still nothing.
I swing my mallet. I fling some swear words. I hit my fingers. I scrape my knuckles... It moves a few centimeters.
I take a break.
A friend comes over and we give it another go.
Still nothing.
I finally give up.
We put everything back together.
So this is how she sits. I will try to find a shop that deals with modified suspension and understands torsion bar magic. Or I will have to buy air compressor. A lift would really be awesome. And an Air hammer. Likely, I will have to take it in. I hope we all learned a valuable lesson.
