I'm now the proud owner of a Cornerstone P1500 21" monitor. This monitor has a Hitachi tube.
It's beige, it's not flat, but it's still very nice and only cost $50 plus tax from Logic Computer House.
Part of the reason why it was cheap (aside from being beige and not flat) is that Cornerstone Technologies went out of business. So I had to get the monitor drivers from Driverguide.
But it's in good condition and it works well so far. It also uses a bit less power than my old monitor (around 130W vs 150W).
