I am not convinced its a relay, but i will look at it.  Not doubting anyones knowledge but if the relay was bad wouldnt the car just shut off and not start again instead of sputtering and dying?

Yup sounds like the ignition switch. How many keys you got on that keyring, 5?

True. But why would it only effect it about 5 seconds after start up and not anytime else like when im driving?

The ignition switch on Hondas get weird with age. Accept it.

Chill man. Not argueing at all. Dont get all pissy. Im just asking if it was a ignition problem why wouldnt it do it when the car has been running for awhile. Everyones been a great help and there is no need to say that kind of stuff.

Is there any way i could fix this or would it be best to get a new ignition?

IIRC, you can try cleaning/adjusting the contacts of the ignition switch first, search the topic, I think this has been covered in the past in much detail, the dreaded ignition switch problem.
