It looks like I might be picking it up today from the shop....I just drove it last night for the first time in about a year and a half almost. All we need to do is tune it for daily driving at first, to break in the motor and such......and then she is all mine again!

It sounds mean as hell though! And that wasnt even boosting it...just running it off the downpipe with no sound deadening at all anymore tongue.gif

Yeah, drove home and it is fun tongue.gif I need to replace the alternator though, since mine isnt charging the battery for some reason. Besides that, its break in time!

Does anyone else have a problem with the temp of their turbo car? I got a dual core radiator, and strong fan..but it is close to the Downpipe and dump.

I was thinking of doing some wrap? And maybe a small heat shield just in case?

How hot is it running?

Its at 200-205 degrees....Im told that after 210, the water starts boiling...

I am going to get a bigger and better fan, someone on hondatech is selling 12in fans, pushing 1500-1800cfm. I am sure that is stronger than my fan right now....and if that doesnt work, I think ill try the wrap

i had the same issue of overheating. i bought a 12inch fan from a guy on h-t, wrapped my downpipe/manifold, and put water wetter in for safe measures. never overheated again.

Nice, do you see a big improvement after you swapped the fan? Or did you do everything at once, so you couldnt quite tell?
