OldskoolEX said that changed the lens in the guage face lights, effectively changing the lighting on the full face of the guage. I also did a similar mod, instead added two of those lenses to one housing, which darkened the lights out and made them a nice deep blue, and on amber guages, looked really cool. I then swapped in CRX cluster, because they give you the extra dark guages with the lit needles. Now, I suppose you could modify the color of the bulb in the cluster, which would still give you the orange guages, but you could change the colour of the needles.... hmmm, that gives me an idea!

Cheers,
Mark

Whats that? The CRX Guages? I didn't get mine to fit bolt on, but I did a little clipping here and there of the cluster adaptor (black plastic piece the cluster bolts to) and managed to squeeze it in there. I am not sure if the sedan and Hatchback clusters are the same, but if they are, you can do it.

Cheers,
Mark

I swapped in the 87 crx si guage cluster in my 86 civic hatch. I've been really happy with it.
