Red Pepper Racing

I don't understand why you need to heat them, Mine pretty much just fall off. They are designed to rotate pretty loosely...where in this diagram are you applying heat?

Just to add to this: I got the tubes off of my Integra and Civic subframes, but first I had to remove the T-bars. Tried getting the tube off first but it would not move until I could work it around once the T-bar was out of it. BFH on the back of the t-bar to brake it loose. The front dust caps on the Integra were slit open and there was some rust in the splines. I worked an an hour cleaning the splines up and the coated them all with some decent grease.
