I can tell you for sure they are not Riken (unless Riken made more than one style mesh rim)
My rims are Riken, I know because they still have the washing instruction stickers on the inside.
This is what Rikens look like:

BBS wheel any one agry?
the mesh pattern is similar to these from old bmw: http://baltimore.cra.../423113132.html
but i dunno about the center.
im not 100% convinced they're bbs.
if they're bbs, it should have the name engraved in the area coverd by the center cap even if it was made for oem.

I have three sets of BBS wheels that were made for BMW's that look just like that. Or at the least, EXTREMELY similar to them. Two sets of 13x6 and one set that's 14x6. I just put the 14's on the street car a few weeks ago and they do look good

If you love the Elise, drive a Se7en - Caterham or whatever...
It has even less content than the Elise, is less graceful looking
...and changes direction like a ping pong ball whacked by Thor.

I too have a picture of the BMW rims in my gallery (3rd page) I think they are BBS or RIKEN? I have about 4 sets and 3 sets are just a bit different than the next.
All are 13 x 6
