I have 2nd gen seat in my car. Pretty comfy. I am only 3'4" so headroom isn't an issue. Just blocks on the pedals.
Once a woman is introduced to Colonel Angus, she'll settle for nothing less.

I've been casually following this thread to see what the outcome is. Many years ago I made the mistake of selling my stock Si seats in favor of the more comfortable (& heavier) 88-89 Integra seats. With some hack fabrication, I was able to make them fit only to discover that my head brushed the already low Si headliner. I'm 6'-1".
Since my car has not seen itself underpower on the streets in this decade, it has been a nagging backburner issue. I temporarily solved the problem by eliminating the sliders all together and welding mounting tabs directly to the seat pan - pre-adjusted fore & aft for myself of course. I did this to the passengers side and have never gotten around to the drivers.
Gtpilot knows of someone (here on RPR) who apparently sells new foam & covers to fit the stock seats, with improved side bolsters to my understanding. Anyone?

I think the person you are refering to is WOLFCRX. I know he did his own, check out his gallery, and I think he did lxndrs too (could be wrong there). Anway, I suggest WOLFCRX since I know he does good work, at least from the pictures.

that's awesome! I didn't know anyone did that. My idea was always to get a passenger seat foam and cover from another car and put it onto the driver's side.. I see a lot of really nice passenger seats, but I know the whole back isn't a bolt-on.. I haven't attempted it yet but yeah was going to take the passenger seat from my gutted CRX and install the foam/cover into my daily driver. Thing is, the cover is blue Why is it that hard to find nice, black seated CRXes?
Oh yeah I wanna do the bottom of my DD's passenger seat too, 'cause it has a cigarette burn.. *mutter* looks like I'm in the market for a nice black seat..
ok hijack over

WOLFCRX - yep. I just saw the cloth samples over at gtpilots the other day. As soon as I get ahold of a stock set of seats, we'll be contacting....
