Sorry I forgot to take pictures of where you need to beat the $h!# out of the frame. You need to make about an inch or two of clearance for the alternator

If your sticking with the gsr intake you will need to delete your fast idle and the secondary butterfly. The fast idle sensor will hit the fire wall and so will the throttle position sensor if not removed. Cold morning will suck but it should be fine, save a little money buy a b16 intake or chop your fire wall(personally I like my firewall).lol

Now back to the suspension, remove the lower control arm replace it with the integras longer control arm

See the difference

Warning Do Not use old brake calipers without rebuilding them first!!!

Guys do not rely on parts that are almost 30 years old when it comes to your safety, always use new parts. Rockauto.com sell the calipers fully load with mounting brakets and brake pads for less then $20 each.

Thanks, this is why I am doing this thread to help out others. I had a lot of trouble finding information on how to swap a b series in a dx and the little info I found on old threads didn't really helped specifically when trying to ask questions.

Mine is driving now.  I got it on the scales today and it came up right at 1800 lbs.  The front is 62.4% front weight bias with me in the car.  I weigh right at 200.

We should be on the dyno this week.  It will be running on one of the new AMP EFI Ultimate boxes.

Here is how it came out.  6 months from the day the motor blew to driving onto the trailer.

Thanks to Hondata for coming up with axles that were 3/4" narrower than they have ever made to work with the 3 degrees negative camber that I run.  I also used their clutch cable adapter and motor mounts.

We wound up using Subaru bearing in the spindle with custom hubs that were cut down from a later vintage Integra piece.

1992-2000 HONDA CIVIC LX, EX, SI FRONT WHEEL HUB & BEARING ACURA INTEGRA DC2

google 44300-S04-A02 for the bearings.

This part is far from a bolt-in but it is doable with the axles that Hasport can supply.

I elected to give up on the alternator.  We decided that power steering was more important.  Here is what I elected to do.  The battery runs total loss.  The injection is feeds the critical electronics 13.5 volts all the time.
