Well, I finally got off my duff today and did a 1G Integra front disc swap on my breadvan. I bought cheap-o rotors from Advance Auto and completely overhauled the calipers before painting them Avignon Blue.
Before:
After:
Rotor size comparison:
Caliper size comparison:
Now all I have to do is the rear disc swap.

Nicely done. Pretty easy job, right?
The rears will be a lot more work.... with no return on that investment of time and money.

Yep, it took a litte over an hour to do the swap and bleed the brakes. And I know the rear swap will be more time consuming, but I got everything for free from my donor 'Teg. Besides, discs will look much cooler than drums behind my Racing Harts.

Looks good. Makes me wish I had painted mine before I put them on. Did you use that caliper specific paint, or something else?

You'll love those brakes.
You got a little tire rub issue in there don't you?

I just used base/clear Avignon Blue. I used the same paint on my stock calipers and it held up fine so far.

Maybe. My tires rub when fully locked, but I've gotten used to it. I haven't driven my car with the 'Teg brakes yet, but I'm sure they'll be better than the stock brakes.

I'm using my stock 3G master cylinder because several members said it will work just fine. I haven't driven my car yet, but I will post my opinion of the 'Teg brakes soon.

Tokico? Did they make the calipers for our cars? I never really looked at them.
I think some were tokico. The icon on the Integra calipers just looks too much like the Mitsubishi icon though.
