WELL I TRYED STARTING MY CAR TODAY AND ALL IT WOULD DO IS CRANK THERE AND I SPRAYED BRAKE FLUID IN THE INTAKE I TRYED TO START IT AND IT BACKFIRED OFF THE INTAKE AND IT WAS LOUD I DONT GET IT WHY ITS DOING THAT IT SOUNDS LIKE ITS NOT GETTING GAS BUT IDK I NEED HELP QUICK!!!

Sucks, You should provide some more details. What swap? What parts? Info, did you check spark, fuel? Give up some more info so someone can figure out and point
you in the right direction.

i used a d15a3 same engine it comes with stock i used all the same parts it came with i did not check spark but its not getting fuel forsure because it will start up with starter fluid spray or brake fluid spray but it would die right after

no fire, no correct air fuel mixture, ignition coil bad, fuel pump, water in gas...., distributer cap damaged and / or wires,
Driving down the road, stereo cranked !!!

check for fuel(pump pressure and volume) and check spark second. sounds like you have a dead pump or main relay, those are good places to start

did you have they new motor open? if cam timing is way off it i will do exactly what you said

thats true.....triple check the timing belt, cam and crank timing marks....maybe they are slightly
out of synch.........hmmmm......valve adjustment needed?

i got those all checked and perfect on the marks and still had the problem

at least we have a process of elimination going.....one thing at a time and you'll find the answer....
The thing I love about old hondas is if you mess with 'em enough, you'll eventually fig. out the prob...

Are you using injectors that came with the new motor, or the injectors from your old motor? It's not likely, but possible you have locked up all 4 injectors. I just finished replacing all 4 injectors on a bone stock 95 civic Dx for this very thing.

SORRY GUYS I WAS LOOKING OVER THE WHOLE CAR WITH BLUE87CRXSI WE JUST FIGURED OUT THAT THEY USED A DIFFERENT HARNESS I HAD 25 MINUTES TO WORK ON IT A DAY SO I LET THIS KID I KNOW HE SAID HE CAN DO IT BUT HE DIDNT SO WHAT MY IDEA IS IM GOING TO TAKE IT TO MY FRIENDS HOUSE (BLUE87CRXSI) AND WE ARE GOING TO PULL OUT THE WHOLE ENGINE AND DO IT THE RIGHT WAY WITH NO RUSH SINCE I HAVE 3 MONTHS OFF STARTING THURSDAY AND IF I CAN GET ANY HELP FROM ANYONE IN VEGAS THATS WILLING TO HELP THAT WILL BE GREAT!
