Just Kidding!

Any chance Hasport will make this kit?

Going to Hawaii? You need a Dune Buggy.

WTB: 14x8 or 9" Panasports or Watanabe RS.

WTB: 3g Civic hatch gauge cowl, brown.

WTB: ZC header--FOUND

Ummm.... NO.

But there is a guy on HT out in Cali that put a K20R in a 2G CRX. All custom one off shit to get it in there. Running Hondata K-Pro and a custom built header he put down around 240 HP to the wheels. STOCK engine. He got an 11.9 his first time to the track with it. He's going to be in the tens for sure with that thing, all motor, and street legal too.
Oh and he put in a S2K dash with the digital speedo it's sick. He had to cut a hole in the hood for the motor to fit so you see his red valve cover sticking out like an inch!

I did the tech inspection on it for the Battle in Bakersfield... That car was pretty sick... I personally didn't like the hole in the hood but that was the way it fit... The S2K intrument cluster was really trick as well... It was totally custom installed... Currently Hasport only has the kits for the EG and EK... I doubt they will make a kit for the 1g/3g cars unless they can get enough interest...
RIP Block# D16A12011451.. It will be missed..

I bet hasport could be talked into it if the motor actualyl fits reasonably well unders the hood...esp since the k24 change over is retailing abou 100-200 less than a b16 cable change over...or maybe i asked the wrong person about pricing

Sorry to dissappoint you Aren D., but I thought if we get enough people aware and let Hasport or another company like Place know about our interest, it could be done.

I like the K motors and all, but I've never even had a B motor yet! I'm hoping that since the K series craze is getting into swing that the B motors will start dropping in price a bit. The coolest thing about the K's is you can make horsepower just with Hondata. Of course that's pretty expensive to buy and you gotta know what you are doing too. In a few years though it will be just as routine as tuning B series though.

Oh and it IS a S2K speedo on it, maybe the rest of the dash is RSX.

Everyone's talking about K's because the B's are no longer in production. So yes, the price will drop.

The last B series engine was made sometime around 2002 I believe?

EDIT: I think it was actually 2001 when the last one was made.
