so me and my friend both have 1g's that we are working on building and he has an si with a blown motor. So today we where talking about what to do with it because he will soon be getting a large sum of money and wants to put alot of it into his crx. SOOO i brought up the k20 (he wanted a b16 w/vtec) and i showed him some specs and he is solid on putting that in now.
I was wondering if anybody else did this? if so, does it go like hell like i think it will? (has about 200 hp stock)

will a k20 fit in the 1st gen? i've seen them in 2nd gens, but it was a tight fit and the 2nd gen engine bay looks a lot bigger then the 1st gen.

You might be the first. Good luck.
Going to Hawaii? You need a Dune Buggy.
WTB: 14x8 or 9" Panasports or Watanabe RS.
WTB: 3g Civic hatch gauge cowl, brown.

Yeah, you'll be putting a lot of sweat into it......if you arent doing it to be different, dont waste your money
Just do a GSR swap, turbo etc.......save lots of money
But then you wont be as different

we arent doing it just to be different. We are doing it to go fast. Its not going to be a daily driver, he has a civic for that.

as you know the mounts will be difficult and i think youll need to make hybrid axels or raxels or super monkey axels... anyways the K is rumored to be lighter than the B which is a plus and if you relocat the radiator you have un limited space
