after not having enough cash to go get this other crx i think ill try and buy a newer civic probably 96-2000 civic coupe.....
been looking at 2 civics in my area.... just hoping my parents will buy one for me.LOL
my parents are very EVEN with me and my brother and since they paid off his car and my truck but he had 8K bucks more so my parents have been telling me they owe me 8K worth of vehicle and well i dont think i can be stupid enough to pass that up.LMFAO

i just gotta try and convince them to buy it for me!

gotta be a 2door and sunroof tho!

you guys have been very helpful, apriciate it. but i just think its time for something newer and safer than these 1st gen crxs and the 3rd gens i just havent seen any that havent been either molested or also got tons of rust or abuse sad.gif
also the aftermarket world is like almost zero for these 1st gens sad.gif
hell i just looked at ebays parts for a newer like 96 civic which is INSAINly TONS of aftermarket parts. which i always LOVE aftermarket parts! i cannt keep stock for to long.LOL

Well, I can understand where you are coming from, but the CRX always will be special to me. They are fun, light and easy to maintain. Not to mention it sucks to lose a Brownsburg memeber. I MIGHT be interested in selling my 93 Prelude VTEC with a stock H22 if you are interested. I say MIGHT, but I haven't driven it in a while so I am thinking about selling it. Just a thought.

A lot of us go thru this phase when money isn't so tight anymore but I always find myself back with the 1g. Good luck with what ever you choose......

GIFF, a local Subaru dealer has an un-restored, all original 360 in their showroom. Those things are tiny! I'll try to snap a pic of it the next time I'm there.

if your broke why get away from the 1g/3g's? i stay with em caz they are cheap and reliable

my sedan $500
inspection and registration $110ish
set of 13" 10 spoke aluminum wheels and tires $27
set of 13" aluminum vx wheels and tires $150
pioneer cd/mp3 player $140
fuel pump, filters, left control arm, 1 spark plug wire, flowmaster 40, 2 12" alpine type r subs, 980 watt amp free (its great having your own personal junkyard)

$927 and i have a cheap reliable vehicle. ive put 4500 miles on it in the last month to month and a half. it only used a quart of oil every 1500-2000 miles but i bet thats because the valve cover and oil cap leak like a mofo.

i wont go less than 300bucks on the car tho cause i paid 300for it. and already fixed afew problems which cost me more money sad.gif
