Finished photos of the part. They will be up for sale soon on Cheddas Auto. Thanks allot for looking everyone.
To finish off the strut bar I used some simple plasma table cut flanges, out of stainless of course. The sales edition will be a little nicer, laser cut flanges, and if I can fit it in the budget I will mill them for best finish. The gusseting is all stainless as well to match. I tack welded it all together in the car, then removed it and finish welded all the joints. When I went to go re-install it, there was no warping issues, thank god.
Here are some finalized photos. I still have to finish the back side of the sandwich plate, but thats it.

The more I look at it the more I think if you boxed in the gussets the cleaner it would look. Might add some strength but more for looks.

The hole has to stay there for camber plate clearances. Not for mine personally, but for davids and heeltoes.

Looking at the pictures of your engine compartment... did you mount the intake manifold upside down?

They are about 10$ a piece.
The intake manifold is a k20a which looks like that stock. I was going to run an h2k swap but the intake points right at the trans linkages. So its a no go. Custom intake on the way.

Onto the next bending experiment. Tubular replacement of the stock front bumper support and mounts. I have plans on replacing both square mounts and replacing the bumper support with Chrome Moly DOM. I started today with the upper support, and bumper cover mount. I am not sold on the small bar, I think once I get some more tubing I will run the bar right across all the way to the edges. It all depends on the crash bar I build, the main support beam. I plan on using 1.75" DOM for that section and 1" for the rest, then build a battery box in the caged bumper as well.
