I checked under the carpet and it looks perfect there. I also closely inspected under the car and it seems to be just a bit of surface rust.

i mean at the track, with hot exhaust unloading beside the gas tank all day, it would bother me.

the previous owner didnt have any problems. I dont see it being an issue unless i start shooting flames out the exhaust. I may put on a sidepipe eventually just to be safe though...

Well, since ive ruled out a tow vehicle being possible given driveway space and budget ive gotta get this car ready to drive to and from autocrosses (about a 15 mile round trip twice a month). The first step, taking off the stickers (let's face it, the less attention i attract the better).
