I bet they are drilled for Honda and Toyota/Nissan bolt patterns.
Well yeah... they were spraybombed black and flaking, starting from scratch and would like to at least know what era they came from. I could see these on a miata or nissan drift car back in the day. Came off a DA integra...
The only difference is the HUB bore from Honda and Nissan/Toyota. If you mean they are dual bolt pattern of 4x100 and 4x114.3 it looks like it. Honda has 4x114.3 pattern as well.
4x100 Toyota is ~54.1MM hub
4x100 honda is ~56.1MM
4x100 Nissan is ~59.1 MM

Center hub bore is as wide as a dollar bill is tall, 66-67mm...
japanesenostalgiccar may be your best bet.
Need some close ups. Look for trade marks like animals ect. My Ronals only had a little animal on them.
There is a stamp a circle with a u in it with a line center of the u, thats it
Primax 695, my first thoughts of the wheels was primax, but after looking at endless wheels by them for hour or so i gave up. Google returns very little images which tends to lean me towrds the old factor.
