Well back when i got ahold of my mugen header i posted pictures and wolfcrx had posted that he was glad i did since it helped him identify his mugen header he had bought as well. So in an effort to help those who've picked up mystery headers i've complied the pics and measurements of most of the headers i've collected or owned at one point or another.

Mugen Header:


Coating: Ceramic

Runners: 1 1/4" Wider
1 5/8" Tall

Collector: 2"

DC Sports:


Part #: HHC5001

Coating: Ceramic

Runners: 1 1/4" Wide
1 3/4" Tall

Collector: 1 7/8"

*NOTE: on both DC Sports headers i've owned the O2 bung has been on the runner. Later DC Sports headers had the bung located by the collector*

Kansai Header:


Coating: No Coating if i remember correctly

Runners: 1 1/4" Wide
1 3/4" Tall

Collector: 1 3/4"

Lightspeed Header:


Part #: HO3006

Runners: Unknown

Collector: Unknown

*Note: Early LSR units seem to not have a carb eq badge however later headers did have a plate on the third runner*

*Not my pictures or my header i've yet to find a LSR unit but would love too so sell me one. If you have measurements pm thanx*

Chikara/Hedman Header:


Part #:37010

Coating: None Painted

Runners: 1 1/4" Wide
1 5/8" Tall

Collector: 2"

OPM:



Runners: 1 1/4" Wide
1 5/8" Tall

Collector: 2 1/4"

*Note The OPM header has no badge or o2 bung*

Misc info- hangs very low does have a brand plate on runner #4. i'll try and get a good picture but it's pretty rusty i'll try and clean it up.

I need info on the Jackson Racing header and the LSR one. Pics of the Chikara/Hedman. And pics and info of any other header i'm not aware of.

The LSR one should have a plate that says LIGHTSPEED RACING on the third cylinder runner.. I used to own one .. It was a nice unit

so is the header i posted pics of not a LSR unit? cuz if you follow the link the guy has the lightspeed instructions and such. maybe an earlier header like the dc sports header and the change they made with the O2 bung except LSR just added a brand plate.

It looks 100% like an LSR unit.. maybe an early unit BEFORE they got the CARBEQ and put the plate #

I have a Chikara/Hedman header, I'll try to get you pictures tonight of it. I think it is an early model because it has a Chikara/Hedman tag on it but it is not a carb tag.
