no cruise. No aftermarket radio. its all stock. it will turn on with out my foot on the brake.

ok I have a 87 CRX Si. the problem im having is this. If I get into the car and hit the brake with the car off, no key in it and I hit the brakes the lights in the gauge cluster light up. Now when I have it running and I have my foot on the brake and try and turn it off the car keeps running until I take my foot off the brake. Everything else in the car turns off except the car until I take my foot off the brake. These problems give me no run problems. im not sure what it is and if anyone else has ever had this problem.

as for the saturn that is not really what im looking for. Im really looking for a truck.

If I was to sell it I would want around $1500 for. that is what im thinking

I have a 87 CRX Si 5 speed. Primer black. interior in great shaped. small rust on back fender wells. car runs GREAT!!! PM me with any questions or if you have a trade. Kinda looking for a truck or maybe a BIKE. but I will look at any trade.

sucks you live so far away. I have a 87 CRX SI with 2000 SI wheels. primer black. runs like it was new. I would trade. but im in va. just a little bit of a drive.

I have someone that has a catback exhaust for a 88 and up CRX. Will it work on my 87 SI. What parts off the 88 and ups are interchangable with my 87 SI.

Ya the surging was cause of air in the coolant. The reving was the ashpot diaphragm. So I just took the vacuum line off of it for now and she runs great.

Ok I just started my 87 CRX SI for the first time today and two things happened. First. When I start it up it revs almost to the red line. so I had to shut it off. then I took two vacuum lines off that are on the TB and pluged them up and the car started fine. Then if the car is cold the car Idles ok. once it warms up it starts surging between 500 and 1500rpm. I was Thinking TPS sensor. what do you all think of this. the car drives and runs fin. just that rev problem and Idle problem.
