I offer these at g1teg.org.....
I know some of you FI or D16a1/ZC guys might need them too
$20 shipped!
you can keep your old one...
this includes a new one no "core" charge
if shipping is the same to different countries.....same deal to you as well
your relay is bad if your car won't start and stay running sometimes and then starts and runs perfect othertimes
I wouldnt mind a sticky on this.....

I have illuminas with coil over's on my g1 teg (same exact suspension as you guys.... I put mine together...(not in a kit)
my springs were a little wider than yours....so I didn't have to use those aluminium cone shaped adapters.....
they just fit right in the stock spring spot....
what pound are those coils?

QUOTE (Cäz™ @ May 7 2005, 12:09 AM)
my D15B7 idles at about 100rpm after warming up. The timing is retarded a degree or two...does anything bad come from prolonged low idle speed/retarded timing? If so...lemme know
Lots on bad carbon!!!!!!!
and your Idle can be set too high............
my idle adjustment screw would get loose over time and unscrew its self from vibration................
when it would loosen up it would raise my idle to a point it would surge......
I tightened it slowly......with the enging running.....and sure enough when I tightened it to a point the idle settled out and idled perfect.........
I am not saying this is always the case........but you never know how much of a simple adjustment can effect your car.............
to this day......
every 3-4 weeks or so I have to lower my idle back down....

a signature symtom of a vacume leak is surging idle......or really high idle...............
just have your car run and pull out one of your vacume lines........

replace eacv......its usually aluminium and on the backside of the intake manifold.................
the best way to check for leaks is with TB cleaner.......
spray around the vacume line one area at a time witrh your car running
when your idle changes youve found the area of the leak.......
*this may not work if you have more than one leak....
