a while ago there was a dealer on homemadeturbo.com that sold piping kits in all sizes for cheap as hell.. not sure if hes still on there. you can try an ebay kit for cheap, but they usually come with bends you cant even use.

If you are going to use an hf manifold I've got the adapter plate for you. Will sell much cheaper than other online sources. Have downpipe flange for 14b/16g turbo too. PM me if interested.
