How-To: Shaving antenna, spoiler, emblems

all that's needed is some: - JB weld - Bondo - thin sheet metal - primer paint How-To: - scuff the area that is about to be shaved using 80 grit sand paper - from behind the hole, sand to bare metal with 80 grit sand paper (very difficult for the antenna hole) - cut a patch out of the thin sheet metal that will cover the hole - apply the patch to the backside of the hole with JB weld - allow the JB weld to completely dry - apply Bondo to the patch from above - allow Bondo to dry for approx 10min (depending on amount of activator used) - sand Bondo with 120 grit - then sand smooth with 180 grit - apply 2 thin coats of primer (allow time to dry between coats) congratulations, and enjoy that nice clean shaven look and feel! -Scott.
