They will be offered in the following finishes, plain aluminum and powder coated. They will be offered without the logo as well for who ever doesn't want the super sweet CHEDDASAUTO logo.
Prices are subject to change but will be right around $40 for unfinished and $100 for powdercoated. Color choices are blue, red, black, and white. The item will have rounded edges like the second photo.

Is this just for dress up or is there a mechanical function that I am unaware of? Not knocking it just curious.

The only real mechanical use for it is to keep your plugs from working their way out. Its all for show mainly. I guess it protects the wires from any water splashing up from the road.

Could these be installed on the 3rd or 4th gen DOHC ZC? Realize they don't have bolts/studs where the tabs are on these but maybe there is a cheap easy fix? Riv nuts with studs and thread locker?

possibly, that would be up to the user to do some drilling in a valve cover, that shit scares me. You could probably just scuff and use some really good glue to put tabs on. Just a thought.
