I know last time only one person got listed has having paid for a hood when MrDisibility attempted the 3G hatch hoods before. I was on the very interested with no funds at the time list, not that that was officially tracked. Anyway, I can afford these now and have an interest in getting 2 for myself, I know last time he said he needed 10 to go with it. Now if that original person were to still be interested that puts of half way there.

Here is the thread he made before for review. I don't know if the prices will be the same as that was several years ago. Please if you are interested, especially if you can afford it, reply here.

Remember, this is just an interest gauge thread. Stating your interest does not commit you to buying, though knowing who has the money would be nice to know the odds of it moving further than it did last time.

MrDisibility gave us some directions now. So, make the deposits as you can this month so we can get this on the roll.

No thanks. I prefer my blacked out 'n louvered hood. Wt diff is not enough reason for me. Besides, my hood has been lightened by removal of inner doublers and cutouts for alum louvers (-2 lbs) so I'm not so sure the CF hood is any lighter.

OK, I remember you did the hood, but I also remember you were interested in these before. Thanks for reply.

Nope. Sedans, wagons, hatches and CRXs all have different hoods.

No, he tried to get the group buy together about 3 years ago. Never got the minimum number and had to refund the money to those that did pay. All the info is in his thread I linked in my first post in this thread. At the time of that group buy my wife was pregnant so there was no way I could then. Now I can. I now own 3 Civics so I figured I'd buy 4 hoods due to how the shipping cost work out. So now with my number we only need 6 more orders to get it to happen. I already spoke with Marcus and he said he still has the hoods that would be used for the molds, just needs the money to make it happen. He mentions that maybe Spring would be a better time to try due to how people spend when they get tax returns.

cool, that is the half way point for initial interest. I know there are more of us that want one and expect some tax return money in the next 2-3 months.
