so after many years of my 3rd gen being mainly a track car i have decided to call it quites and restore it and drive it like it was meant to be. i have owned this car since 99 and its the only Honda that i have bought and will never sell. (i have owned 22 Honda's)
so here are a few pics before i took it apart ![]() made 550whp at Evans tuning in PA ![]() ran a best of 10.81@132 ![]() and now it sits like this ![]() ![]() here are some of the OEM parts for the resto from Vintage parts OEM bulkhead. last one in Honda US inventory ![]() ![]() OEM pass. rocker panel. last one in inventory. could not get the drivers side it was discontinued ![]() 85 crx si front lip. i bought the last 2 they had ![]() brand new OEM carpet. also last one from vintage parts ![]() I will update as i go along. i have some more stuff on order like front mud guards, and a bunch of odds and ends. i am still searching for an OEM rear foam wing. i plan to install the bulkhead tomorrow. wish me luck. i will be drilling spot welds for hours -------------------- ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Nice 3G! Are you building it as a strip/track car, or simply a street sleeper?
Are those modified SE skirts? And where exactly did you buy those OEM parts? -------------------- ![]() "I'll draw your bath and I'll load you're gun. But I hope so bad that you bathe and hunt." - Streetlight Manifesto |
