Totally off topic to the Honda world, but we're all enthusiasts here so I'd thought I'd share;

Yesterday, Feb 2, the first 35th Anniversary edition Nissan 350Z arrived to our showroom, it's
the first one in Canada but it's numbered 8th in the world (Not sure how many they're going to
produce). Besides the exclusive yellow colour, the car gets alot of parts from the "Trackpack"
version such as the 4 piston Brembo brakes, front and rear diffusers, and lightened components
(whatever that means), a subtle rear spoiler also. But the real treat is the 300hp motor, that,
even tho it's only 13hp more from last year's model, got me grining still.laugh.gif

Since we're also an Infiniti retailer, we recieved the first of the 2006 Infinti M45 and M35x. These
cars are insane. I will post more about them later. I only drove the all wheel drive M35x thus
far; and have yet to unleash the 4.5 L V8 in the M45 --> I heard the boys revving it up in the
back and OMG!!!

Here are some pics of the Z (nuttin special);

I'll post more, I took some with all the shipping plastic off today, i forgot my digi USB cable so
I cant download them right now...(Doh!)

No problem guys. I'll get more pics of the car uploaded...plus I will bring a tripod to work next
time so my pics arent so damn blurry...

Here are some pics of the owner's 2004 350Z Roadster with about 12grand worth of Stillen
upgrades. This car was dyno'd at 320hp to the wheels which I guess is nice. The techs in the
back say "ill" things about the Stillen supercharger and the joke is "Still-en the shop", because
this Roadster has been in the shop many times last summer with idling issues and especially
belt squeeks.

The car has;

Stillen full body kit
Stillen Supercharger kit
Stillen Carbon Fiber hood to clear the supercharger
Stillen Intercooler kit
Stillen oil cooler kit
Stillen full exhaust
Stillen headers ---> which hinder performance, so they took them off
Stillen coils/swaybars, etc
Stillen crossdrilled and slotted rotors --> bling
19" rims donno who makes them
Pirelli PZeros

The car is Lemans Sunset Orange (yikes) and the hood was custom painted by the owner
who started out as a car painter back in the early 60s.

Enough bull shit here are the pics (Once again sorry for the blurry ness)

I'll take and post more pics of Zeds and such since you guys like em soooo much!

Do you know what the torque output is with the charger in place?

I prefer the coupe as opposed to the convertible though.

Z cars do rule!
Time to kick some ricer butt!

The torque apparently is 320 or 340 to the wheels.

I drove that Roadster before winter; and I was more impressed with the sound that charger
makes ---> you have to turn off the TCS otherwise you can't enjoy the car. Ofcourse without
the TCS the car is a challange to keep straight...lol.

My big beef with the 350Zs is how sloppy the 6spd transmission is. The gates are hard to
find and it's a tough shift --> Apparently all 2005s have this problem solved.

If I had the money, I'd pony up for a G35 M6 Coupe which is more civil, but still crazy fast.

MmMMmmmm..... i love 240's

my dad had one also, ex-race car he used to work on. "it once took 1st at kent raceway with a blown 3rd gear" he used to tell me. then it became a drug mule on the west coast because it couldnt be caught by any cop car. i guess that was in his younger days, lol

i miss that car too, my mother used to pop me in the back and drive for hours when i was a colicy baby to lull me to sleep. it still had all the original race trim and decals on it last time i saw it which was better then 18 years ago.

i've come close to buying one for myself till i came to my sences and realized how much parts would be for it.....
