My wife got a cake from the store once with a picture of my car I took at a car meet once. She took the photo to the store and they put the whole image on the cake. The cake was good, the edible, if that, image tasted horrible. And yes, it was supposed to be eaten, or edible. But it was the thought that counts.

She got me a book about soulmates once, and got sad because I didn't read it or find any interest in it. After several disappointing thought provoking gifts, now she gets me car stuff. A guy getting emotional, mushy crap is like a chick getting a mop or vacuum as a gift. I get her flowers and crap, she gets me car stuff. No sense in getting someone crappy gifts and faking interest because then you get them the rest of your life, and have to fake graditude everytime you see them. Then it spreads to the inlaws, the aunts and uncles, parents, and soon you're living a life of deceit. Hanging out in alleys and burned out crack houses so your friends won't see you in your sweater and tie you got for Christmas.

Ghost, it's cool you have a chick that either shares or patronizes your sickness for your car.
