The main reason why I bought the car was because of the condition. Everything worked out for me because I had my buddy take pictures of the car inside out when he was around that area. Its kinda weird because I actually saw the car on Yahoo auction. Basically, saw the car on Yahoo auction, had friend check it out, I approved, we bid, we won, he arranged everything, and now its here. This process took roughly 6 months. My car is actually IMO is mint. I've seen others that are even more mint like that orange E-AH. Thank god my car don't have rust, the previous owner added some kind of coating on the bottom of the car to prevent rust.

The car came with Recaro SR IIs with Bride rails which I also got lucky.

I went to Pick and Pull the other day and I picked up a couple of stock OEM lips. Can't buy them from the dealers anymore. The Doobie Speed lips go for $200 shipped from Japan. If you want one let me know...

I would imagine since US Tegs came as autos as well, and the D16 and ZC being almost the same, an auto JDM car wouldn't be to much of a stretch for those in crowded Japan. Having had some knee problems in the past I can appreciate an automatic for daily driving. The 5 speed sees weekend duty.
