As part of the K swap going faster requires stopping quicker. Old setup served me well for many track days with the B16. So I opted to go with the Fast Brakes 11in Wilwood kit. Here is a picture of the major parts.

Old setup was 9.5in rotors, 90 something Civic DX calipers (they have larger pads and bolt right on) and Hawk pads.

This setup tipped the scales, including pads at 18lbs

The new setup weights in exactly the same at 18lbs. The Aluminum calipers off set the extra weight of the larger rotor.

Funny how they look smaller being the Storms due to the shape of the wheel.
Have to finish the lines up, bleed the system and bed the pads. Will wrap that up tomorrow.
