To answer a few questions first. Sure if people really want to do the full kit including the rear sphericals that I have already built we can work out a bigger better deal.

Ok so I have some more updates.

To start here is a picture of the control arm ready for a spacer.

Posted Image

And now a picture of the aluminum spacer.

Posted Image

Here is the spacer installed.

Posted Image

And here is a picture with the nut and spacer installed. This is where it gets interesting, note the angle of the bolt.

Posted Image

Now note the angle again with the arm in the opposite direction. You really can see how off axis these things really move and why these bearings are such a huge upgrade.

Posted Image

Here is what I had to do to get the grease nipple to work properly. This will be the easiest way to do it, trust me.
I drilled a small hole, down the center of the control arm, where there was already a hole started, then cross drilled at 90 degrees to allow the grease to flow into the bearing.

Posted Image

Cross drilled yo!

Posted Image

Here is the nipple installed and the grease flowing into the bearing.

Posted Image

And another photo of it complete.

Posted Image

Here are the grease nipple protectors, stitched on.

Posted Image

Thats it, thats all for now folks. They are now completed blueprinted and ready to be produced. Im thinking of including a tap, and the drills that you need for the couple holes in the kit, just for ease of installation.

Looks the goods. I'd be in for the full kit, as it saves me doing it myself.

Ok for those who are ready to order, I'm ready to start making them. I am looking for a deposit of $150 prior to starting each order. There is some real interest in these, so I hope that we get the deposits very quickly, I want to start these right away. I think we have 4 or 5 people ready. That will be enough for the first set.
