Now onto the Control Arms.
Below you can see the subframe mount for the control arm bushings. Make sure to clean the area very well, mine had quite a bit of rust inside so I had to use my carbide and a sanding wheel.
Some of the machining.
The bushing all finished.
And bearing installed.
And the sleeve installed into the subframe.

So I got around to making one half of the adapter sleeve, made of steel. It easily slips onto the control arm, then into the bearing.
I also added two retaining bolts, and the grease nipple is still to come.

Pretty soon. I was thinking of offering them for a better price if we do a 5 way group buy.

Good Job!
I would suggest pointing that zerk to the side a little. With these cars being so low to the ground already, pointing the grease fitting straight down like that might become a problem. Just guessing.

Good tip sir.
I will go ahead and weld on a couple nipples shields for protection. I was thinking to including a few with each purchase just in-case anyone else wants the added security. Also I will likely include a few grease nipple nuts, if someone wants to weld those on as well, which makes it quite a bit easier if one does ever break off.
As for the group buy, I can start a list right away and I can look into what kind of discount we can work out.

The torsion bar spherical conversion will be around $200.00 shipped.
This will include the following:
2 sleeves
2 double sealed spherical bearings (pressed in)
2 grease nipples (including shields and nuts)
2 torsion arm spacers
2 retaining bolts
The control arm kit will be around $200.
This kit will include:
2 adapter sleeves
2 double sealed spherical bearings (pressed in)
4 retaining bolts
2 grease nipples (including shields)
4 inner adapters
Now if we can work on a group buy, I was going to offer the whole package for $375.

I think I want in on this complete set.
I need a trailing arm kit as well.
