the clutch was also chattering like mad from day one.
I think their quality control is to blame. some are good others crap.
I will admit it bit hard, but it isn't needed on my setup.
current setup works great.

Swapped out the intermediate shaft with a known good one and still no change.
Hasport will be sending out a new PS drive shaft next week.

Are your axle problems sorted out yet?
If so, What was the ultimate solution?

From the dead!

So after the B16A  install I've had this buzzing from both sides of the car. drove me nuts.

I was sure it was attributed to the Hasport mounts. it occurs around 4000 rpm. and drove me insane for 3 years, until today.

With the road trip only a few weeks away I've started picking away at the car.

The buzzzz was with me on the last trip and it was time to get rid of the little bitch.

it was the door stopper, Pulled the door cover and wraped some tape around the rod.

problem solved.  Thank god

Every little buzz gets me heated as well man.  I've lost the battle at the moment though, too many I've left for too long. lol
