I am hoping to bore it out but that will only happen if i can get the money. I wanted to put a D16 motor in it but all i could get my hands on with the amount of money i had was a crx motor. What about shaving the cylinder head? Is that and integra pistons going to give me pretty high compression? What about horsepower?

Integra pistons will get you high compression (in the 11.5:1 territory if I'm not mistaken)
Heres an rpr members dyno results with a few other goodies (listed on the page), keep in mind thats also horsepower at the wheels
