I know they made a Civic Sedan based Rover, but did Rover also sell a CRX based car? Or a Civic 3dr based car?

I can't answer that conclusively. On the Mini site i frequent they have different sections for the engine types being swapped into Minis. There is a complete section on Rover conversions but I don't look into that section very often. Probably I should. UK Honda produced various versions under the Rover mark. But that's about all I can tell you for now. JS

Here are some models I found. Looks like it is the reverse orientation like most other cars. JS
1.4 spi, 1.4 8v, 1.6 K series, 1.8 vvc

This is the 1.8 vvc

1.4 K series

Rover 400 with a 1.6 twin cam k series

Wow... that Rover 400 almost looks like a 92+ prelude, doesn't it?

Question... if the Rover engine is produced by Honda, why is it backwards from all the other Honda engine configs except the longitudinal and K-series mounting?
How about we just agree to respect each other's opinion?Even though yours is so obviously wrong...

Rover also had g1tegs. The top end ones had WOOD TRIM INTERIOR!!! They didnt call them integras tho, even tho they were tegs, inside and out (besides the pimp wood trim).
87 turbo integra, self tuned on TE

That wiki entry led me to this good site for the Civic-based Triumph and Rover. Thanks!!
