this seller "streetrays" on Ebay shows a PLM header that says it fits the 1.5 when I input my model. Though you'll see below it shows "D" series engine codes.

I emailed and sent screen shot to see if it truly does fit or a typo on their end. Thoughts?

Look at the flange on the header and then look up a picture of the exhaust manifold gasket. You can still buy Hedman Chikara header.

He said it will not fit, "D" series only. So I guess an error on Ebay's part or his regarding fitment?

EDIT: never mind, an old placeholder website. 

I am using the Hedman SKU#37010 tediously emailing or calling anyone that still shows it active on their site.

I called Hedman directly, they were nice enough to look in the warehouse for me. No luck, and no one else has them as was already suggested. 

 

Hopefully someone will see my ad here or CRX. Any others I should try?

I am glad we have the resource though. I hope it keeps going. 

 

I talked with another member about the fact the ricer fad for the most part seemed to ignore the 1st gen due to lack of product support, so hopefully they're all out there awaiting to discovered or restored.

For the Hedman/Chikara I have part number 37010 and 37016 to search for. If someone would please share any other brand part numbers that may be worthwhile.

i wonder if we got a group buy together, could we get Hedman to make more, surely they still have the tooling?

i just went through this same shit, NO ONE currently makes a Header for the EW engine. Pace setter and Headmen have Zero intrest in building 1 or 100 of the headers, You will have to find a used or new in box one.
