The Dodge Caravan rear swaybar has been written about before. The fit is quite nice and there are options of 5/8, 3/4 and an aftermarket 1" bar. The one thing that was unclear to me was if the setup would clear the factory transverse Si muffler. I can verify that it will clear when mounted in the center of the rear beam axle.

For my install I cut 1.5" square stock to fit the axle and drilled it for Energy Suspension universal sway bar bushings. I then welded the new mounting brackets to the axle.

The factory dodge hangers were welded to the frame just ahead of the factory tow hooks. The caravan hangers have built in tow hooks so the factory units can be removed. The sway bar links must be extended to be 10" long center to center.

All other details are covered in previous posts. If you search make sure you try the terms ARB or anti-roll bar as some users preferred this lingo.

Nice work on the axle brackets.  Also nice that you can start small and get a larger bar if needed.
