Drives: 85 crx si

Will a d15b vtec engine match up with a stock tranny in a 85 crx FI? I want to do the swap but don't know if the D15B and D16 would be the same kind of swap. If I can just swap out the engine and keep the tranny, axles, etc, that would be a lot easier.
