I came across 3 NOS headers for the EW/D15 engines, I think they only work with an SI oilpan. Anyway, I figured I'd grab them and throw them on here and try and drum up some cash for the site.

Looking for $100 each, plus shipping ($50 to $60 depending on location).

Are they factory units or performance replacements?

An I don't buy any stolen stuff if you simply grabbed them. tongue.gif

Going to Hawaii? You need a Dune Buggy.

WTB: 14x8 or 9" Panasports or Watanabe RS.

WTB: 3g Civic hatch gauge cowl, brown.

WTB: ZC header--FOUND

No idea what brand they are, no pics at the moment, I'll try and get some soon. They are aftermarket performance headers, not OEM replacements.

And they are from a guy who used to have a shop and had them laying around. They are legit, don't worry. smile.gif

Okay, I have them in hand. They are Kansai brand, 4-2-1, aluminized steel (what most exhaust parts are made of), no coatings of any kind that I can see. Dated 2001, here are some pics (click the pic for full size):

I'm not sure how to do this, since there are 8 or so people who want one, but only 3 items. First come first serve seems a bit harsh, since not everyone is on all the time. I'll leave it for a day, and if everyone who expressed interest can tell me if they definitely still want one, I'll just randomly pick 3 out of the people who are definite.

Wow, Honda parts, but performance headers, I love it.

I'm definitely interested, if nothing else to see how long that sticker lasts under full operating temps, lol.

As an idea, if you have a lot of people interested, you might have a silent auction type thing (have people PM you what they'd pay, and take the three highest). It'd definitely raise more money for the site, but without an overcrowded bidding war thread. I know I personally dont mind paying a little more knowing its going to help out this site.

They aren't Honda OEM parts, the manufacturer just decided to use the logo. Without licensing it, I'm sure. smile.gif

I may do the auction thing, since there is huge interest, but I don't want it to get out of hand.

For those who want one, would you prefer an auction, or random from the hat?

Keep in mind, there isn't much I'd want in terms of trades, aside from money. smile.gif

1 vote for the silent auction (one bid, one pm, three winners... nothing EBay style that can get complicated.... dont post winning bids until they have won). It is a charity thing after all!!

Are those headers made from crush bent exhaust tubing?

Silent auction but just don't make it as messy as Bryman10 auction for the Mugen badge.... biggrin.gif .

i'm interested too. i have an idea on getting the headers sold. since you have quite a few members interested how about a raffle a month? i know on another forum i frequent *clubcivic.com* they have raffles say you want 120 shipped a header offer ten tickets at say 15 a pop and throw the names of the members in a hat and boom. one winner one header sold and you make an extra for the site. keeps all the members happy cuz they get the chance of a BNIB header for the cost of the ticket and you make you money quickly. either one raffle a month or a raffle every week or something hell i'm sure you can do all three raffles in less than a week cuz i know tickets would sell quickly. i'd be up for shelling out like 25 bucks for a chance at winning a header and i'm sure others would too. but i'd put a limit at like one ticket a member a raffle you know

I wish I had thought of this before I posted. I'm away until Sunday night, I'll post then with my decision.
